France is a character of the Countryball universe and country in Western Europe. (S)he often wears a beret. (S)he and Germany can be portrayed as parents of EUball, especially (s)he's female. and also gets annoyed by germanyball teaching EUball his war based tatics.[1]

France lost the war against Algeria. France established his fifth republic. France, Germanyball, Italyball, Belgiumball, Netherlandsball and Luxembourgball established a union called "European Union".
